Virgie (Webb) Montgomery

Virgie M. Montgomery, 84, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at Cedargate Healthcare.

Virgie was born April 13, 1936 to John and Esther Tuttle Webb in Poplar Bluff, MO.  She married Oliver Montgomery on November 28, 1954.

Virgie enjoyed cooking, quilting and gardening.

Virgie is survived by four daughters, Jackie Loyd of Mountain Home, AR, Sandra Montgomery of Poplar Bluff, Lora Black of Poplar Bluff, and Kathy Montgomery of Poplar Bluff; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Virgie was preceded by two granddaughters.

There will be a graveside service held Friday, August 14, 2020 at 3 PM at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
