Veda Caroline Rachoy, 74, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Westwood Hills Care Center.

Veda was born on December 23, 1948, to Carl and Charlene (Lockett) Boulnois.

Veda is survived by one daughter, Nicole (William) Jackson; brother, Tom (Marion) Boulnois; sister, Carlene Copeland; three grandchildren, Bethany Harris, Cody Jackson, and Stephen Jackson; five great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
