Timothy Lee Thurston

Timothy Lee Thurston, 75, of Broseley, MO, passed away Saturday, November 04, 2023, at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Tim was born on February 19, 1948, to Earl and Loullea (Norman) Thurston in Pontiac, Michigan.

Tim was a member of the United States Navy and served in the Vietnam War. He was also a member of the V.F.W., American Legion, SEMO Honor Guard and Freedom of Road Riders. Tim enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going on road trips. He liked going to bike rallies and spending time with his buddies. Tim would always help others out when he was able.

Tim is survived by three daughters; several grandchildren; one brother, Guy Thurston; three sisters, Genie, Debbie, and Nena; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Jeff, Earl, and Earl Jr.; three sisters, Kim, Brenda, and Sansa.

A committal service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, beginning at 2:00pm at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. Full military honors will be present.
