Teresa Ann Lewis

Teresa Ann Lewis, 63, of Fisk, Missouri passed into the loving arms of Jesus on Friday, August 13, 2021.  She was surrounded by her husband and daughters when she entered Heaven’s gates.

Teresa was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on March 20, 1958, to Jerry and Shirley Harwell.  Teresa was preceded in death by her mom, Shirley Harwell, her dad, Jerry Harwell and her brother, Bobby Harwell.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Richard Lewis, of 44 years of marriage, two daughters, Kiley Nicole Lewis (Anthony), and Natasha Ann Sentell (Zach); four grandchildren, Landon Bates (Summer), Zachary Hargraves, Colton Hargraves, and Adalyn Sentell; one great grandchild, Owen Bates; two brothers, Jerry Lynn Harwell, and Brian Harwell; and two sisters, Michelle Walker and Angela Gunter.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021, from 4-6 PM at Cotrell Funeral Service.  Funeral service will be Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 10 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Adam Noles officiating. Burial will follow in Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
