Shirley Ann (Roach) Christian

Shirley Ann Christian, 71, of Ellsinore, MO, passed away Monday, February 17, 2025.

Shirley was born on August 22, 1953, to Walter and Bertha (Cassinger) Roach in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She married Michael Christian on January 5, 1990, at their home in Poplar Bluff.

Shirley enjoyed cooking, shopping with her sister, and spending time outside when the weather was nice. She loved her family fiercely and put her children and grandchildren above everything else.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Mike; four children, Brian (Kerry) Tull, Jennifer Brooks, Joe (Stephanie) Patterson, and Lance (Cassie) Christian; brother, Lloyd Roach; two sisters, Thelma Burnett and Mary Roberts; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Pat Gann.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Scott Cemetery in Carter County with Pastor Joe Good officiating.
