Ruthie Arlene Chatman

Ruthie Arlene Chatman, 84, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at Poplar Bluff.

Ruthie was born on June 27, 1939, to Arlen and Ruthie (Montgomery) Chatman in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Ruthie was of the Baptist faith. She was a firm believer of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Ruthie was a talented seamstress and piano player. She enjoyed caring for and riding horses in her younger years.

Ruthie is survived by numerous extended family members and friends.

Ruthie was preceded in death by her parents.

A private family graveside will be held on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
