Ruth D. Kalkbrenner

Ruth Dewey Kalkbrenner, 68, of Fairdealing, died June 13, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Kalkbrenner was a retired LPN for Dr. A.D. Brookreson's office. She was born June 8, 1940 in Poplar Bluff and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Poplar Bluff. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.

On January 27, 1958 she married Allen R. Kalkbrenner, Sr. in Poplar Bluff and he preceded her in death May 19, 2005.

Surviving is one daughter, Sandra Carmack of Paragould, Ark.; 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; and one brother, Donald F. Barriner of Baton Rouge, LA.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the Aad Grotto Lodge, 3102 Kennedy Lane, Poplar Bluff, Mo.
