Posey Brewer

Posey Brewer, 79, of Poplar Bluff received his heavenly promotion Sunday, September 13, 2020.

Posey enjoyed spending time with family, farming, raising cows, and hunting.  He was devoted to his family and was known for his story telling and hard work ethic.

He leaves behind his loving wife of almost 55 years; Linda (Kearbey) Brewer; three daughters: Terri Rayner (Chuck), Christy Whaley (Zane), Ginger Hunter (Curtis), seven grandchildren; Kelsie Brewer, Emily Rayner, Brody Hunter, Allison Rayner, Amber Whaley, Younger Whaley, Madelyn Hunter, two great grandchildren, Jameson and  Keslee; brother Voris Brewer and many nieces and nephews.

He joins in heaven his parents; Lacy Lee and Lula Brewer, two sisters; Emma Freeman and Terry Lee Whalen; two brothers; Eddie Brewer and Clarence Brewer and countless other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th, 2020 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Funeral services will be on Friday, September 18th, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Willow Ridge chapel with Pastor Curtis Hunter officiating. Entombment to follow at Memorial Gardens.
