Phillip Dean Cashion, 74, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2021.
Phillip was born March 27, 1947, in Piggott, Arkansas to Harley and Joyce Kilbreth Cashion. After graduating from high school, he joined the US Marine Corps. Phillip proudly served in the Vietnam War, where he received the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Rifle Sharpshooter Badge. He retired after many years in retail sales.
Survivors include his wife Patsy Ruth Webb Cashion of the home; a son Dustin Cashion of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; a daughter Tonya Prejean of Dexter; two grandsons, Dakota Cashion of Paragould, Arkansas and Ethan Turner of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and a sister Janie Glaeser of Williamsburg, Virginia.
