Paula Jo Dover

Paula Jo ""Pooh"" Dover, 41, of Poplar Bluff, died Monday, Feb. 12, 2007, at her residence.

Mrs. Dover was born Feb. 19, 1965, in Poplar Bluff. She was a member of Calvary Community Church, in Poplar Bluff and employed as a home healthcare giver. Mrs. Dover was also a member of the Poplar Bluff Eagles Auxiliary. An enthusiastic sport fan as well as an avid outdoors person, she especially enjoyed fishing.

On March 28, 1981, she married Dale Dover, in Poplar Bluff. He survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Nichole Lee Ann Dover and Jamie Jo Dover, both of Poplar Bluff; her father, Clifford Burkett, of Qulin; her mother, Shirley Ann Hayes Cox, of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Pamela Stephens, of Qulin and Patricia Yantis, of Memphis, Tenn.; and her brother, Clifford Dwayne Burkett, of Qulin.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel, in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Shelvie Stephens officiating. Burial will be at the City Cemetery, in Poplar Bluff.
