Nora Helen Harvey, 69, of Greenville, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2006 at the Landmark Hospital, in Cape Girardeau.
Mrs. Harvey was born Oct. 14, 1937, in Nettleton, Ark. She was of the Baptist faith and had retired from General Electric. Mrs. Harvey was also a member of the Eagles Auxiliary, where she served as past president and as a volunteer for the weekly Sunday Bingo. She enjoyed embroidering and quilting.
On Dec. 21, 1963, she married Ray Leon Harvey. He preceded her in death on Nov. 23, 1999.
Survivors include two sons, Ron Smith and wife Janis, of Springfield and Don Smith, of Greenville; two grandchildren, Greg Smith and Makenzie Smith, both of Springfield; and a brother, Wayne Harrell and wife Rosalie, of Edina.
Her parents, Hubert and Georgia (Robertson) Harrell, two sisters, Vivian Walker and Doris Moore and a brother, Charles Harrell also preceded Mrs. Harvey in death.
A Memorial Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Wappapello Cotrell Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Jim Schremp officiating.
