Nelda Gail Gambill

Nelda Gail Gambill, 82, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on October 02, 2023, at her home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Nelda was born on May 16, 1941, to Fred and Gertrude Dicken in Reyno, Arkansas.  She married Verlin Gambill on July 8, 1961.
Nelda was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her family, loved Friday nights and luncheons with her friends and classmates, and enjoyed watching her grandkids play sports. She was a Shrinette and retired from Merchantile Bank.
Nelda is survived by one daughter; Teresa Stonecipher, daughter in law; Betty Gambill, one sister in law; Wanda Gaebler, seven grandchildren; Shaundel, Stefanie (Todd), Jonathan, Kimberly, Kassie (C.J.), Jessica (John), and  Natalie, eleven great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Nelda was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Verlin (Butch) Gambill, one son; Steven Gambill, one grandson; Jordan Gambill, and three sisters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 5th, 2023,  from11:30-12:30 at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Funeral services will immediately follow beginning at 12:30 with  Pastor Jim Schremp officiating. Burial will take place at the Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield MO.
