Minnie Lorene Anderson, 76, of Poplar Bluff, died Sunday, June 18, 2006 at the residence of her daughter, in Poplar Bluff.
Mrs. Anderson was born April 25, 1930, in Poplar Bluff to the late William Talton and Alma (Lane) Pulliam. She was a member of the Bluff City United Pentecostal Church. Before retiring Mrs. Anderson owned and operated Anderson Grocery at 9th and Park St., in Poplar Bluff for 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and reading.
On Aug. 26, 1944, she married Harlan Anderson, in Clay County, Ark. He preceded her in death on April 16, 1981.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Warbington and husband Joe, of Poplar Bluff; two grandchildren, DeAnna Adams and Karla Cassinger and husband Rich, all of Poplar Bluff; three step-grandchildren, LaChelle Arredondo, of Dallas, Tex. and Christina Fowler and James Warbington, both of Puxico; two great-grandchildren, Craig and Chelsey Cassinger, of Poplar Bluff; two step-great-grandchildren, Macey and Mariah Fowler, both of Puxico; and her sister, Etta Divine, of Mehlville.
A sister, Betty Adams and a brother, Billy Talton, preceded Mrs. Anderson in death.
