Marion A. Burnside

Marion Andrew Burnside, 75, of Poplar Bluff, died Thursday December 14, 2006 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Burnside was born April 13, 1931, in Wray, Colorado. He worked for many years as a sales clerk at Kater Inn Grocery, and was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include four sisters, Hazel Manns, of Poplar Bluff, Edna Robbins, of Grassy, Mo. and Marie Little and Inez Pritchett, both of Joppa, Ill.

A graveside service with full military honors will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery, in Bloomfield. Bobby Robbins, a member of the family will officiate.Cotrell Funeral Service, of Poplar Bluff is in charge of the arrangements.
