Lawrence Marion Wright Jr.

Lawrence Marion “Larry” Wright, Jr., 75, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023. He was born June 7, 1948, to the late Lawrence Marion, Sr. and Hazel Oliver Wright. Larry always said he was a lucky country boy from Southeast Missouri that joined the telecom industry at age 18 and managed to travel to 37 countries on 6 continents. He loved spending time with his family more than anything.

Lawrence is survived by his wife, Donna Wright; children, Raquel Lynne Hoffman and husband, Billy and Lawrence Michael Wright and wife, Katherine; grandson, Michael Alexander Wall; sister, Glenda Wright Waterman; sister-in-law, Carol Ann Wright; and a niece, Christina Fulton.

In addition to his parents, Lawrence was preceded in death by a brother, Claude Darrell Wright.

Visitation will be on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023,  from 11:00-1:00 at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Burial will immediately follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Williamsville, MO
