Juanita Ruth Mann, 75, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, entered the gates of Heaven Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022, at her home.
Juanita was born March 30, 1947, in Shelbyville, Kentucky. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff, where she served in the church nursery for many years. Juanita was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family.
She was married to James ‘Jim’ Parker Mann, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children, Anthony (Kristi) Mann of Greenwood, Indiana, Valerie (Aaron) Duncan of Poplar Bluff, and Andrew Mann and fiancé JoAnn Lira of Bronx, New York; five grandchildren, Mia Mann and Maddie Mann of Greenwood, Indiana and Cori Duncan, Tobi Duncan, and Averi Duncan of Poplar Bluff.
In addition to her husband, Juanita was preceded in death by her parents Glenn and Ola Lee (Holladay) Irons.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 1:00 pm Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:30 pm with Dr. Taylor Field officiating and Rev. Brandon Spain assisting. Burial will take place at 11:00 am Monday, Nov. 21, 2022, at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
