Joyce B. Mcclintock

Joyce B. McClintock, 68, of Poplar Bluff died Sunday, April 22, 2007 at the Oakdale Care Center, in Poplar Bluff.

Mrs. McClintock, the daughter of the late George and Norma (Robinson) Dent, was born May 27, 1938, in Grand Rapids, Mich. She was a member of Heritage Freewill Baptist Church and a homemaker. Mrs. McClintock was also a veteran of the United States Air Force Strategic Air Command. She enjoyed spending time with her family and crocheting.

On Jan. 22, 1965, she married Sam McClintock, in Birmingham, Mich. He survives.

Other survivors include two daughters Colleen Darling and husband David, of Johnstown, NY and Susan Brown and husband Allen, of Warren, Wisc.; a son, Scott McClintock and wife Rhonda, of Poplar Bluff; five grandchildren, Marie Darling, Craig Darling, Kaytlyn Brown, Mara McClintock and Tucker McClintock; a sister, Lynn Ferris, of Caledonia, Mich.; three brothers, Dave Dent, of Livermore, Calif., Dan Dent, of Augusta, Ga. and Larry Dent, of Caledonia, Mich.; and her mother-in-law, Faye E. McClintock, of Doniphan.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
