Jo-Anne Parker

Jo-Anne Parker, 77, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away peacefully on March 12, 2024, surrounded by her family and friends with worship music playing, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Jo-Anne was born on May 16, 1946, to William and Anna (Grydinova) Lipscomb in Paris, France.  She married Lawrence J Parker on April 6, 1968.
Jo-Anne was a loving wife, mom, and meme. She enjoyed meeting people, playing games, and couponing. Her greatest loves was her husband of 56 years, her grand-kids, and Jesus. She will be missed by all her family and friends.
Jo-Anne is survived by her husband, Larry; one daughter, Dawn (Steve) Hicks; two grandchildren, Savannah and Parker Hicks all of Poplar Bluff, MO; one brother-in-law, John Parker of Hot Springs, AR; one aunt, Marsha Daniel of Mountain Home, AR. along with several nieces and nephews.
Jo-Anne was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, William Lipscomb.
Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 1:00-2:00 pm at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff, MO. Memorial Service will immediately follow beginning at 2:00pm with Pastor Kent Miller officiating.
