Jennifer Marie Drake

Jennifer Drake, 33, of Qulin, MO, passed away May 24, 2024 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Jennifer was born on May 17, 1991, to Ronnie and Anathanet Marie (Weatherholt) Drake in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Jennifer never met a stranger. She loved meeting and greeting new people with a handshake and hug. Jennifer had a great appreciation for law enforcement officers, firefighters, and anyone in uniform. Macaroni salad and cheese were some of her favorite foods. Jennifer liked going to the rodeo, tossing rocks off a bridge, and enjoying some of the simple things in life. Jennifer attended AdaptHealth in Poplar Bluff and was a member of Malden United Pentecostal Church. Jennifer was a bright light to many and will truly be missed.

Jennifer is survived by three brothers, Donald (Rhonda), David (Rebecca), and John Drake; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 5:00-7:00pm at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services. The rosary service will begin at 5:30pm for those who would like to participate.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 10:00am with Pastor Bobby Moore officiating. Burial will take place at Qulin Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the seasonal Shop With a Cop in Poplar Bluff.
