Jason Charles Preslar

Jason Charles Preslar, 50, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021.

Jason was born on September 4, 1970, to Charles Rudolph and Darlys Moore Preslar in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Jason truly enjoyed hunting. He was a beautiful writer and talented singer. Jason was also an avid reader and movie enthusiast.

Jason is survived by his mother, Darlys Preslar of Fenton; three children, Addyson Preslar, Kylie Meirstin, and Braxtyn Meirstin all of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Jana Rice, and husband Kelly of St. Louis; one grandmother, Helen Stogsdill; aunt, Carolyn Eskew; uncle, Ron Ferrell; close cousins, Lori McGinley and Clinton Moore; and previous spouse, Tiffany Meirstin.

Jason was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandfather, Rudolph Preslar and maternal grandparents, Richard, and Edith Moore.

No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Poplar Bluff Public Library.
