Isabelle Katherine Harris

Isabelle Katherine Harris, 90, of Poplar Bluff, formerly of Santa Anna, Calif. died Friday, June 1, 2007 at the Mark Twain Caring Center.

Mrs. Harris was born May 15, 1917, in Clarksville, Ark. Moving to Poplar Bluff in 1992, she was a member of Trinity Grace Assembly Church, in Poplar Bluff and retired from the Kerr Glass Factory, in Santa Anna. Mrs. Harris enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, sewing, cooking and playing the slot machines.

On Jan. 20, 1936, she married Charles Dearl Harris. He preceded her in death on May 24, 1997.

Survivors include two daughters, Ramona Jean ""Jeanie"" Hopkins and husband Gene, of Poplar Bluff and Mary Katherine ""Kit"" Relph, of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.; six grandchildren, Debi Dancer and husband Mark, Dearl Albright and wife Jeannette, Karen Marsh and husband John, Danielle McHugh and husband Mike, Robyn Glasgow and husband Jason and Ryan Relph and wife Trina; 16 great-grandchildren, Amy Dancer, Mike Dancer, Trevor Dancer, Tasha Putney, Krystin Putney, Mason Putney, Travis Albright, Jayne Card, Scout McHugh, Chase McHugh, Memphis Glasgow, Murphy Glasgow, Isabella Relph, Declan Relph, Abby Relph and Grace Relph; and one great-great-grandchild, Brooklynn Paige Wallace.

Her parents, John and Henrietta (Franklin) Hook and a son-in-law, Danny Relph also preceded Mrs. Harris in death.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Monday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel, in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel, with the Rev. Byron Beck officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, in Poplar Bluff.
