Harold Busby

Harold ""Buz"" Busby, 60, died Friday, May 4, 2007 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mr. Busby was born September 22, 1946 in East Prairie, Mo. to the late Earl Harold and Jewell (Adams) Busby. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for Montgomery Construction and then retired from the Butler County Highway Department. Mr. Busby enjoyed gardening, cars, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He belonged to the Eagles #3730 and the Wappapello Bass Masters and the Big O Bass Club.

On Nov 27, 1964 he was married to JoAnn Sheehy in Poplar Bluff. She survives.

Other survivors include two special cousins, Phyllis Grubbs of East Prairie and Wava Skrabala of Sikeston and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at 6:00 - 8:00 Monday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Gerald Berger officiating. Burial will be in the Sparkman Cemetery.
