Glenn Allen Helton

Glenn Allen Helton, 73, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Glenn was born on November 14, 1948, to Clyde and Evelyn (Smith) Helton, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Glenn was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed being outdoors, riding his motorcyle, and playing with his grandkids.

Glenn is survived by his former spouse and longtime friend, Rose Helton; one son, Russell (Michelle) Phillips; five daughters, Sarah Khoan, Leigha (Larry Joe) Steward, Jannette (Nathan) Walk, Annette Meloy, Heather Helton; one brother Clyde "Bud" (Cathee) Helton, Jr.; one sister, Joyce (James) Huffman; fourteen grandchildren, Seth (Jerra), Samuel (Darby), Zackary (ChaEm), Branden, Payton, Luke, Lane, Presley, Ella, Gunner, Gage, Carson, Ashton, and Daniel; and four great-grandchildren, Chase, Brantley, Adelyn, and Rosalee.

Glenn was preceded by his parents; one sister, Lenora "Coo" Craig.

A graveside committal service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, January 17, 2022, at Oak Hill Cemetery with Reverend James Huffman officiating.
