Glen Michael Hefner

Glen Michael Hefner, Jr., 74, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Monday, Feb. 1, 2021.

Michael was born to Glen Michael Hefner and Mary Francis Kraft Binkley on Sept. 25, 1946, in Poplar Bluff.  He graduated from Poplar Bluff High School and served from 1966 to 1969 in the US Army, where he earned a National Defense Service Medal, a Vietnam Service Medal, and a Vietnam Campaign Medal. For many years Michael worked at Gamblin Lumber Company.  His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

His parents, a son Michael Christopher Hefner and two sisters, Judith Marie Wilcutt and  Carol Phelps preceded Michael in death.

Survivors include a grandson Aaron Hefner of Poplar Bluff, and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A graveside service will be held later.
