George David Sicking Jr, 55, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
George was born on June 28, 1966, to George and Marlene (Andre) Sicking in St. Louis, Missouri.
George was a jokester who never missed an opportunity to make others laugh. He enjoyed the little things in life such as fishing, listening to music, working in the yard, good bbq, and sitting next to a bonfire. He was also an animal lover, motorcycle enthusiast, and outdoorsman. George had a truly contagious love for life.
George is survived by five sisters, Gale (Billy) Hays of Williamsville, Missouri, Marjorie Taylor of Arcadia, Missouri, Michelle (Joe) Emery of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Georgene Drake of St. Louis, Missouri, Tamara (Terry) Chilton of Poplar Bluff; close cousin, Richard Keller of Desloge, Missouri, whom he considered a brother; two best friends, Kevin Fisher and Keith (Sherry) Hill; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
George was preceded in death by his parents; his son in infancy, George David Sicking III; sister, Karen Lindley; uncle, William McGuire; brother-in-law, Randy Drake.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021, from 10:00am-12:00pm at Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services, followed by funeral service beginning at noon.
