Florence J. Robbins

Florence Juanita Robbins, 85, of Poplar Bluff died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008 at her residence.

Mrs. Robbins was born Jan. 5, 1923, in Detroit, Mich. She was of the Catholic faith, and had retired as a nurse's assistant. Mrs. Robbins enjoyed shopping at Wal-Mart and working on puzzles.

Survivors include her daughter, Rose Marie Miller and husband Larry, of Livingston, Tx.; two sons, Walter Polaski and wife Bonnie, of Poplar Bluff and Paul Polaski and wife Kathy, of St. Charles; 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda Valley and husband Larry, of Harleton, Tx.; a brother, Bobby Carter and wife Linda, of Pacific, Mo.; a special friend, Rosalie Swiney, of St. Louis; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
