Dennis Michael Wirth

Dennis Michael Wirth, 65, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on February 28, 2024, at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Dennis was born on March 15, 1958, to Henry and Rose Wirth in Kansas City, Missouri.  He married Velma Faye Wirth on January 1, 1979.
Dennis served as a band member of the 1st Armored Division and also served in the Gulf War. He taught Music at O'neal Elementery for close to 20 years and was well loved by his students. He enjoyed playing music, hiking, skiing, sewing and quilting, riding his motorcycle, and travel. He held his many friends as special.  He will be truly missed by all his family and friends.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 45 years, Faye Wirth; two children, Deana Gentile (Mario), and Hayden Prock; four granddaughters, Erin Davis, Kyrsten, Chloe, and Brooklynne Prock; a niece, Hannah Wirth, a nephew, StephenWirth and a sister-in-law, Debbie Wirth.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Delbert Wirth.
