Dennis Alton Taylor

Dennis Alton Taylor, 72, of Stringtown, MO passed away on July 11, 2023, at DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, Missouri.
Dennis was born on May 29, 1951, to Willie and Veda Minehart Taylor in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  He married Mary (Gutterman) on December 23, 1978, in Stringtown.
Dennis was a hard working man that made a career of 30 years with Revere Plastics. He loved spending time on the farm with the cattle, eating lunch with his "store family" and most of all spending time with his children, grand-children, and his hunny bunny. Dennis never met a stranger and will be missed by all his friends and family.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife, 3 children: Greg Taylor, John (Ashley) Taylor, and Jolene (John) Sloan, 6 grand-children, one great grand-daughter, and one brother, Wayne (Pat) Taylor.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, one son; Dennis Jr., 3 sisters; Jean Grubbs, Virginia Hillyard, and Barbara Cecil.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 14th, 2023, from 5:00-6:00pm with the funeral service immediately following at Kern's Chapel in Poplar Bluff, MO. Burial will be at Kern's Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Moses Tipton officiating.
