Cora Nita Webb Perkins

November 30, 1934 — June 14, 2008

Cora Nita Webb Perkins, 73, of Poplar Bluff died Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Perkins was born Nov. 30, 1934, in Steel, Mo. She was a member of the Lord's Chapel Church, and had retired as a taxi driver and dispatcher.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Cottner, of Pontiac, Mich.; two sons, Nick Northern, of Bakersfield, Calif. and Christopher Smithson, of Poplar Bluff; sister, Melba Bailey, of Memphis, Tenn.; and brother, Asa James, of Cache, Okla.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Three Springs Cemetery, in Butler County with the Rev. Alan Harlan officiating.
