Charles Watson Carlstrom

Charles Watson Carlstrom, 90, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on January 09, 2022, at General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell, Missouri.
Charles was born on March 8, 1931, to Gradon and Mary Jane (Buchanan) Carlstrom in Malden, Missouri.  He married Joann Hamelback on June 6, 1949, in Holcomb, MO.
Charles was a member of the Poplar Bluff Masonic Lodge 209, Knight Templar, Scottish Rite, Royal Order of Scotland, Knight York Cross of Honor, Knight Commanders, and York Rite College.  He was retired from 22 years of service in the United States Air Force.  He was a member of Westwood Baptist Church.
Charles is survived by spouse, Joann Carlstrom, daughter, Mary Jane Perry, son, Charles E. Carlstrom, daughter, Dorothy Jean Denkins, son, Michael J. Carlstrom, daughter, Bobbi Jo Lightfoot, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, brother, George M. Carlstrom.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Edward C. Carlstrom and Bud Carlstrom.
Visitation will be held on Friday January 14,2022 from12PM to 1PM at Cotrell Willow Funeral & Cremation Service in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Funeral services will begin in the funeral home chapel at 1PM with Dr. Steve Proctor officiating. Burial will take place at 2PM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO with full military honors.   Masks must be worn at the cemetery.
