Carl Edward Arnold Sr.

Carl Edward Arnold Sr., 88, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on April 01, 2025, at Westwood Hills Healthcare in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Carl was born on September 18, 1936, to Willie Arnold and Ruth Ann Hopkins in Qulin, Missouri.  He married Jane Arnold on December 10,1985, in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Carl served 20 years in the Navy as a Medical Corpsman; after leaving the service he sold medical equipment and then was a pharmacy tech at VAMC. Carl was active in VFW, Amvets, Sacred Heart Church, Vietnam Vets, and Fleet Reserve.
Carl is survived by his wife, Jane and her four children; his daughter, Katherine Dangerfield, and sons, Carl "Charlie" Arnold Jr. and Joseph (Sandra) Arnold; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Ann and Willie; siblings, Robert, Charles, Dale, Iva Lee Black, and Lenore Richardson; his twin brother, Carrol died at birth.
A private inurnment will take place at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Reverend Daniel Robles of Sacred Heart Church officiating.
